Note that retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Costco haven&rsquo;t announced any special launch plans yet, but we&rsquo;ll keep you updated if that changes. We do expect them to at least have stock in-store and possibly online on launch day.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-orders have been sold out for weeks, so if you didn&rsquo;t reserve one in advance, expect long lines and limited availability at most retailers. Most locations will open their doors at 12:01 a.m. ET on June 5th for launch day pickup. That means fans can get their hands on the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new console<\/a> the moment it officially drops. &#128588;<\/p>\n<p>But it&rsquo;s not just for those who pre-ordered&mdash;Best Buy will also have limited in-store inventory of consoles, games, and accessories available for purchase.
